Sweet orders, straight from the phone.

The order desk behind The Cupcake Boutique’s phone line. Every call becomes an order — boxes, flavours, the message on the cake — and the counter always knows what to box next.

How an order travels

  1. 1

    The call

Yaa answers the shop's line, reads today's menu and takes the order — which box, which flavours, and what to write on the cake.

  2. 2

    The counter

The order lands on the board in seconds, pre-orders booked for their day. One tap moves it from new to boxed to ready.

  3. 3

    The door

The customer gets a Mobile Money link by text, and another when it is ready to collect or on its way.
